Everything was very good, patient staff, absolutely perfect location really close to the sea, Metro and shops, and the roman fortress. The provided service was excellent. The pool on the premises was excellent. The hotel was ideally located near sea front. I ate in the attached restaurant nearby. I loved the stay from check-in to downstairs bar with hot drinks. I did not want to leave, had a thoroughly enjoyable experience and will be back.

The location was marvellous and awesome, just a pleasant stroll away from Jubilee Memorial. I had an adequate and tidy room to stay, it was complete with modern decor, tidy nice breakfast and big windows.

Enjoyed our stay, had great 3 days overall. We ate at a fabulous restaurant for dinner. The bedroom was comfortable and had a perfectly formed own bathroom. The location was marvellous and incredible, for example, North East Maritime Trust was not too far away from the hotel.

Beautiful stunning location, to metro station we ate at mango wine a done in south shields. Based near to sea front and town, the lovely beach and promenade of South Shields and the whole establishment.

Thank you everyone for a such great stay for our business trip. The breakfast was lovely and marvellous, we appreciated lots of food they served. The superior room we booked was bright. Thanks to the fast staff everything was perfect, including lots of well presented food. This accommodation had a very central setting close to all the main areas of south Shields. There was Southern Fried Chicken nearby, offering quick meals.
